Funny I see this today. For those who chimed in a few weeks ago as I ponder what God was telling me about tithing thank you but I have to tell what the conclusion I came to is. This took a great deal of reluctance on my part. I doubted the truth. Gods word tells us to tithe 10%. He tells us to tithe to the church too. All other giving is not considered a tithe but an offering. Will he bless me for giving either way yes but he also wants me to tithe. He wants the storehouse doors open and reaching people. Reaching the lost and the saved. I gave in and went to church today expecting to here something about tithing but that word was never spoken. Instead I heard listen to God and read his word for truth, do not take mans word for truth. Not that everyone will intentionally mislead but when in doubt listen to God. Just thought I would share.
