Funny... I was relieved my commercial agent dropped me after 8 months of doing absolutely nothing for me. I have found with many agents especially in early careers is that they want you to do ALL the work while they make 20% of that. Lol. Im producing and directing my own short film right now with no help from an agent, wrote it on my own... All my acting work I got without an agent. Tell me again? Why did I need an agent? Maybe its because I didnt want to put in all the effort required which I realized I can do without an agent. In this life one thing Ive learned is that if I work my ASS off the universe provides the right people, places and circumstances into my life. Maybe there are agents out their who value the arts at its core. Thats the agent I want when the time comes!! Because Im in it to tell stories, inspire, and express myself as an artist be it acting, directing, writing or whatever else I find sets my heart on fire!!!
