Funny News from Kuensel: FM misses special flight Foreign minister Rinzin Dorje arrived a day early in the country after he missed the chartered flight from New Delhi to Varanasi in Bihar, yesterday. The delegation learnt that lyonpo was missing while boarding the flight. As lyonchhoen was the last to board the flight, foreign ministry officials assumed the minister was with lyonchhoen. The minister was still at the Leela Palace hotel, they later confirmed.
