Funny how life is the older I get the less serious I take myself and the more seriously I understand the importance of others. We all go through changes and frankly people who dont change generally have more issues than those who do learn to adapt. The business I help run was visited by an unprecedented amount of upper level staff today and they spent alot of time in our store. For those of you who understand retail you know this is a very good thing. Most of what I do is behind the scenes type of stuff but it was very rewarding to see how happy the staff was. It was a process getting this environment but its so awesome to see teamwork and winning attitudes and knowledge in place. Winning is fun! Peace, love, and Poptarts
