Funny how someway, somehow when everything begins to fall into place for you, SOMETHING TRIES to come up and ruin it all. Shatter that high your feeling, when youre HARD HARD work has paid off.... WELL NOT TODAY! -_- Im not about that. Ive worked too hard for too long to let petty, little things or people bring me down! Lifes circumstances are indeed circumstances, not the variables in life that define me!..... I dont put my business out there like that.. However, when Jesus does something immense in your life,U LET EVERYONE KNOW!!!! ..... Last semester I had a very low GPA (for multiple reasons) and this semester I took 7 classes (20 credits) to raise my GPA to finally do something Ive wanted for 13 years. EVERYONE told me i couldnt do it and that I was crazy! (inc. some family, professors and friends) I prayed like no other time in my life and KNEW it was gonna happen! ^_^ 7 classes - all As & Bs! So yesterday, I started signing my paperwork for the military! Now, for those of you who do not agree with the military thing- its personally entirely irrelevant & dnt give a damn :) ...I know what I want and what I am doing, and what I wish to do. I have prayed about this more than anyone knows. This whole thing has shown me 3 things: 1.There is the utmost POWER IN PRAYER & you cannot do it alone, 2.The mind and your mental state, internal drive and determination play one of the biggest roles; and 3. Every single point and even half a point can make a wold of a difference in grades and in life. I cried when I found out my grades and when i started my paperwork. The one thing from all of this tht just puts me on a whole new level: my daddy getting emotional on the phone saying Im so proud of you Cai! I miss you so much!... THAT... That is the fruit of my labor. :) When you know your worth, NO ONE can make you feel worthless!
