Funny how things work out sometimes.. 10 years ago I hired a guy to come work wit me at an rto store I managed!! This guy was the hardest working employee I ever had so he worked his was up from a delivery driver to a One of the top Managers in the area in a short period of time!! I leave the company some years later Bt we kept contact & remained close.. Over 4 years later he hires me back & now hes my boss & over several locations!! Very proud of him & Im working extra hard like he did for me!!! No buddy system at all just real recognizing real & looking out for one another!!! #GoodThingIkeptIt100
