Funny shit !! I applied for Sears call center thinking I had a pretty good chance landing a job there seeing as I just left a 5 year position from a call center. I thought being a product specialist at this job would be another step closer. But no, they send me an email and tell me I was not qualified for the position? So I move forward and keep sending out resumes and filling out apps online. So this morning I get a call from the recruiter at Sears? They want me to go back online and fill out an application for their call center, but ..... as their Mechanical Technician Support !!! So done and done, now it is a waiting game again. Pretty excited about this one though....sounds like my kind of position with HVAC and Major Appliance Repair schooling and previous call center background, the pay should be a little better than customer service !! Please keep your fingers crossed with me !!!
