Funny story... Up on our building site today, Randall says to me, Steves wife keeps asking about your book. His wife is a GP. Steve is one of our awesome carpenters. We really have lucked out with an awesome crew. Randall said, You should give him a book to give to her. Steve said he would love one. We had a box in the car, so I went to grab a book. I said to the rest of the guys, Anyone else want one? They all said pretty much in unison, Nah, were right. Then one of the guys said, What is it about? I said, I tell people fat is good for them. Tim was slightly confused and wasnt sure he heard right and said, You tell people fat is NOT good for them. I said, No, I tell people saturated fat IS good for them. They all started calling out, Ill have one! He he. I love it. I find most guys dont have to be told twice :) #bringbackthefat And, just a note about progress on our sustainable house build, it is all going well, the roof started going on today. We are definitely getting our vitamin D :) I am not sure at the end of each day whether I have a fabulous tan or I am just grubby...usually it is a bit of both :) Oh, and if you want a really good workout for your legs, sanding a deck has got to be it! Still investigating the best natural oils for the decking and for the timber windows. More about that later.... Lots of people always ask me where I got my boots...They are STEEL BLUE Boots. :) They dont look so purple covered in sawdust :)
