Funny story from tonight at work... Ok so heres a little background: I work in a call center and am a supervisor there. We get a lot of frustrated people calling in, and do what we can, but sometimes, we cant really do anything else... So tonight at work I was talking to this lady (after one other regular agent had tried to explain things to her) and couldnt really fix her problem. I tried being empathetic, and explained things multiple times, but it just came down to a company policy issue she didnt like. At the end she asked if there was anyone higher up that she could talk to. Without really thinking about my wording, I responded there is no one higher in this office than me. Right after I said that, I started to laugh, and muted my phone for a few seconds, and could barley finish the call (which was only about 15 seconds) with out busting up laughing. Me and the guy next to me had a good laugh afterward
