Funny thing. Many struggling teams with whom I work mouth the words about the importance of leadership, but seem to do little about it. And most of the issues holding them back are direct results of their lack of leadership. Before you profess that you are simply too busy to "do that leadership stuff," think about how busy you will become in dealing with the problems which poor leadership inevitable creates. Choose your actions wisely.
