Fusili needs a foster! Fusilli has come a long way. When we first got him, he was a terrified, matted mess and was snapping at people and growling at other dogs. Based on his current fosters experience, we believe he was terribly abused prior to his rescue as he cringes if he comes close to a foot...or a roll of paper or stick (seems he was beaten in the past). He is now generally well socialized but can still get triggered by certain situations or people so he needs a very experienced foster or owner. He walks nicely on a leash and doesn’t chew stuff that doesn’t belong to him and rarely barks when he shouldnt. He is crate trained and housebroken too. He is part Poodle, part Havanese and part George Clooney. Ok, seriously, he is really a handsome, no fuss, kickback kind of a guy. A strong little fellow with a stocky build. He would function best as a part lap dog/ part guard dog. He does need boundaries and discipline to help him get over the scary parts and help him learn noone will ever beat him again but he is a smart guy and we have confidence in him. He would do well in a home with other dogs and no kids. 4 years old, we think, and about 19 lbs. Can you resist this face?! We think NOT! Contact [email protected] to foster Fusili!! LA Area please!
