Futurefit have cancelled my assessment off the back of an email sent to them before the workshop on the 9th July, see below: Hello, I have looked through the terms and conditions and at no point does it stipulate that the Personal Trainer Level 3 course is part of a package and you agree to abide by the dates set aside for assessment. It does however mention that there is a deferral fee of £50 if you need to defer your assessment. As I have not yet booked an assessment I do not think from the wording that the deferral period is applicable.I also believe that as a gesture of goodwill due to the cancellation of my gym instructor course and subsequent delays this should not be applicable anyway. I will endeavour to find a new participant over the next few days as I do not want to delay my assessment.
