Our TRF Recogntion Night and Testimonial Dinner will already be on Friday, Nov. 28; registration starts at 5pm; dinner from 6pm to 7:30pm; programme will start promptly at 7:30pm. Formal attire. > > 2. All Major Donors and PAID PHFs have their formal invites and free meal tickets with Faye, Rotary Center. Please get your invites and meal tickets from Faye. All paid FSMs wishing to attend can simply get their meal tickets at the venue registration site and pay Php1000 per ticket; for non donors, Php1,500 per ticket. > > 3. PHFs and FSMs will already get their tokens upon registration (and TRF pins if available). PHFs will be called individually per club on stage. The clubs will be called by alphabetical order. All PHFs will be seated at designated seats; all FSMs will also be seated at their own designated places. This is to ensure orderly and smooth queuing during presentations on stage. Marshals will be on hand to help. The first to be called per club will be the BCP (unless he or she is not a PHF). A Marshal shall assist in arranging the PHFs per club according to our list. As the names are called, pls proceed to the stage, at the left facing the stage and exit at the right of the stage.. A group picture per club will be done on stage after the last PHF of the club has been called. > > 4. When called to queue before the stage, all PHFs and FSMs must bring their District plaques / trophies with them. Just before going up the stage, usherettes will collect the plaques / trophies and you will walk up to shake the hands of the TRF Vice Chair, RI Driector, Gov Sam and DRFC Dulce; then the plaque / trophy will be handed by the usherette to the TRF Vice Chair who will hand it to you for the photo opt; then you exit the stage. You will be gathered on the right near the stage so you can easily return on stage for the group / club photo. > > 5. PLEASE REMIND ALL YOUR PLEDGORS who have not paid to pay now, or before the TRF Night to enable us to prepare the personalized District plaques / trophies, and the list of honorees to be called, and the seats made available.. PLS NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE DESIGNATED SEATS FOR MDs, PHFs, FSMs, and the guests, non-donors, etc. These designated seats will be maintained during dinner and until final presentations are completed. Transfer to other tables or seats can be done after adjournment and during fellowship. We will be running with a tight schedule and time constraints because of the number of honorees. SO PLEASE COOPERATE BY COMING IN EARLY. The buffet tables will be closed temporarily when the program starts, and to re -open after the speech of the TRF Vice Chair. While the invocation and national anthem are being done, those coming in late will have to wait for the marshals / usherettes to escort them to their seats after the opening remarks. > > 6. Before entering the venue and after registration, pls make use of the photo walls and already have your photos there. Only the official photographer will be allowed to take pictures of the presentations on stage. The raw or digital copies of these pictures on stage will be made available by the host club through the Rotary Center after the event. > > 7. I have emailed separately all the BCPs, except a few without emails adds. I have texted all whom i sent emails that bounced. Some replied and gave me their correct email adds. These individual emails are meant to verify and reconcile our record of payments versus those who pledged. > > 8.
