Fyi all Makaveli models and recruiters... You have to participate in the conference calls, the group forum/page, and promotion of events. This is not saying u have to make EVERY conference call. But promoting these events is helping us and YOU as a model. You have to build fans and support to be successful. Also the group page allows us to monitor who views the posts so we can see who doesnt look at the posts at all or who makes little effort to participate in welcoming new staff etc. This will effect the work and jobs we will refer you to because your effort and attitude speaks volumes on how u will represent the brand. Just a heads up. There are those who I personally see and make note of who are putting work in and hella effort already that will be rewarded when this all comes together.
