East of Center Avenue on Monday, September 23, 2013. 2. Center Avenue, west to Prairie River on Tuesday, September 24, 2013. 3. Prairie River, west to Wisconsin River on Wednesday, September 25, 2013. 4. South of Wisconsin River on Thursday, September 26, 2013. 5.
