THE WESTERN SEABOARD OF LUZON (Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Western coast of Ilocos Norte, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, Mindoro Occidental, Western coast of Batangas and Palawan) Weather: Monsoon rains Wind Force: 52- 63kph /28 - 34 knots Sea Condition: Rough to very rough Wave Height: 3.4 to 4.5m Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves.
