The western and southern seaboards of Luzon and the seaboard of Visayas (Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Metro Manila, Cavite, Mindoro Occidental, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate,Burias Island, Southwestern Coast of Camarines Sur, Southwestern Coast of Albay, Southwestern Coast of Sorsogon, Southern Coast of Quezon, Batangas, Palawan, Negros Occidental, Guimaras, Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, Antique, Bohol, Cebu, Negros Oriental, Samar and Leyte) WEATHER: The eastern seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms.
