Have they listened to GANDHI, We may NOT HAVE BEEN UNITED INDIA with bubbling DEMOCRACY. This would have changed the HISTORY OF not only India - but the rest of the worlds perception of democracy. HENCE CONGRESS AS TOOL OF THE PEOPLE WAS the NEED OF THE HOUR & is still NEEDED & RELEVANT - TRUE today.
