GAS PIPE LEAK CAUSES PANIC IN SERIA Seria (15.07.2013) - A loud noise caused by a leaking gas pipe at a shop house in Pekan Seria caused panic amongst members of the public in the area. The Fire and Rescue Department was immediately contacted to prevent any untoward incident from happening. The gas pipe located behind the shop house at Jalan Bunga Kuning was suspected to have suffered a leak causing the loud noise at around 12.30pm. Following the report, four firefighters and one fire engine from the Seria Fire and Rescue Station rushed to the scene. The operation was led by Station Officer Awg Abd Wahid bin Hj Abdullah.
