Knowledge and Skills: Good Communication and Problem solving, Knowledge of relevant Public Service Regulations and Procedures, sound customer relationship management skills. Good understanding of DBMs. Knowledge of ICT Governance Framework: Cobit, ITIL, ISO Standards. DUTIES: Develop Business Continuity Plan, Oversee Business Continuity Management, and Identification of key stakeholders, roles and responsibility, task of identifying, developing and acquiring, documenting and testing procedure that will ensure continuity of Department key operations. Risk mitigation planning and business recovery planning. Ensure that DRM and BCM policies and plans are in place and aligned with Departmental Business needs. Implementation of Knowledge Management Plan, Develop and implement knowledge management policies and procedures, capturing process flows. Provision and Protection of access to information.
