GAUTENG OFFICE OF THE PREMIER POST: DEPUTY DIRECTOR: INFRASTRUCTURE CO-ORDINATION REF-05407 Centre: JOHANNESBURG Directorate: INFRASTRUCTURE COORDINATION Salary: R532 278 (all inclusive remuneration package) REQUIREMENTS: An appropriate recognized 3-4 years Degree/Diploma in Engineering Sciences. 4 - 5 years’ experience in a junior management position. An understanding of inter-governmental relations and stakeholder management, Good analytic, negotiation, liaison and inter-personal skills. Good report writing. Strong project Management, strategy management and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrable administrative, communication, organising and planning skills. DUTIES: Co-ordinating an integrated approach to the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects within the Gauteng City Region (GCR). Develop and implement the Infrastructure Master Plan. Implementation of the Infrastructure Planning Tool. Maintain the Infrastructure Database. Provide support to the infrastructure technical steering committee that is chaired by the Head of the Gauteng Planning Commission.
