GCC propose to introduce a 40mph speed limit along the A417 Cirencester Road from a point 199m south west of its junction with Horcott Road for a distance of approximately 445m in a south westerly direction (i.e. starting by the new Linden/Bloor developments and up Waiten Hill). A new 40mph speed limit will also be introduced on the 3/173 Fairford Road to South Leaze Cottage Meysey Hampton from its junction with Cirencester Road (A417) for a distance of approx 45m in a southerly direction (i.e. from the Marston Meysey turn for 45m towards Burdocks).
