GCCC Announces Winners Of President’s Awards The Greater Claremont Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the winners of the 2014 President’s Awards: Citizen of the Year: Phyllis Muzeroll Business of the Year: Structal-Bridge (a division of Canam) Nonprofit of the Year: Claremont Parks and Recreation Young Professional of the Year: Katlyn Proctor The candidates for these awards were selected from submissions made by the community, and then voted on by the selection committee. The selection committee includes winners from previous years, the President of the GCCC, and other leaders in the community. The winners will be recognized in a ceremony on May 29th, at 5:30 p.m. at the Claremont Savings Bank Main Branch, in the community room. All are invited to come and celebrate these important leaders in our community. Tickets are $35 for members, and $40 for nonmembers. A Meet and Greet will be held at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers by the Common Man and live music by John Lovejoy. The ceremony is an official Claremont 250th community event and will include special historical elements in honor of the celebration.
