GENERAL MANAGER A reputable Television Production company based in Lagos is in need of a General Manager. • The GM will oversee effective management of the day-to-day office administration and operations ensuring smooth and efficient running as well as cost effective management of facilities and operations of the company and streamlining the administrative procedures of the office. • Oversee the production facilities, equipment, management and operation. Set policies and participate in decisions concerning programming and production. • Important human resource duties include but not limited to hiring and managing of all employees and administrative personnel. • Ensure effective corporate governance and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and mandate as well as ensuring optimal integration of functions and strategies, in order to achieve company’s set objectives. • Identification of new business opportunities, guiding and motivating the team in the right direction and developments. Minimum of a 1st degree with 3 years experience in a similar position required. Experience in a Production or Media or Advertising or Brand management company though not compulsory will be a huge advantage.
