GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFFS REPORT Oakfield man reportedly steals forgotten cell phone at check out Harold Chinn, 49, of N. Main St., Oakfield, is charged with petit larceny after he allegedly stole a cell phone that another person had left behind at the check out counter September 23, 2014 at Wal-mart. Chinn was arrested October 19, 2014 and issued an appearance ticket. He will appear in Batavia Town Court November 3, 2014 to answer the charge. Jennifer Lynn Sprague-Clark, 31, of Vine St., Batavia was turned over to the Sheriffs Office after being picked up by the Niagara Falls Police Dept. on an active bench warrant for failure to appear in Genesee County Court on assault 2nd, criminal possession of a weapon 3rd and menacing 2nd charges during an incident in Genesee County August 25, 2014. Sprague-Clark is being held in the Genesee County Jail pending her arraignment in Genesee County Court this morning.
