GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFFS REPORT Rochester woman charged after being found with untaxed cigarettes Heather Jaye Interlicchia, 55, of Ramona St., Rochester, is charged with possessing more than 400 untaxed cigarettes(misdemeanor) after being stopped for vehicle and traffic offenses on Rt. 77 in the Town of Pembroke January 25, 2015. Interlicchia was found to be in possession of 1200 untaxed cigarettes and charged under the NYS Tax Law. Interlicchia was issued an appearance ticket and directed to appear in the Town of Pembroke Court on February 17, 2015 at 5:30p.m.
