Working as part of the Management team, you will be responsible for maximizing the overall profitability of the card room, ensuring full compliance with the requirements of all Company Policies and Procedures, the Gambling Act 2005 and Gambling Commission’s Licensing Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP).You will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer care in your area of the operation, and enhancing the player experience. Key Competencies include: · Devise and manage a schedule of tournaments and cash a game that meet customer demands, drives attendance increases and maximises revenue. · Operating the card room in the most cost efficient manner, paying particular emphasis to labour costs. · Ensuring all dealers are trained in accordance with technical and Signature Service standards. · Work with the management team to devise and implement a card room marketing strategy. · Supporting all approved Genting Alderney promotions to maximise the affiliate income. Position Card Room Supervisor · Working with the management and marketing teams to ensure poker forms an intrinsic part of customer promotions. · Developing relationships within the wider poker community. · Being constantly aware of competitor activity and reacting when appropriate. · Looking to constantly innovate within the card room to maximise revenue.
