GENTLE YOGA CLASSES FOR MEN & WOMEN ... Instructor Lynn Meloche will be leading Gentle Yoga Classes on Mondays at Outcome Medical Wellness Center in Peachtree City. Meloche is a registered yoga teacher and has practiced yoga for over 14 years. The focus of these classes is on beginner students who would like to supplement their health and exercise routine with gentle yoga therapy for stress management, injury reduction and overall strength and flexibility. The first class is free. Cost is $15 per class or a 4-class package for $48. The class is from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Outcome Medical is located at 525 Westpark Drive, Suite 100.
