GERMAN That’s a man that, you have to admit. A German. Not an average man, no, or a normal man. He’s got something that makes him different and I wonder what it is. Or if he is not, than we are all the same as him. And we have to ask ourselves what makes us different. OK, so let me compare him to an African. Let us say the German came here to Africa like other Europeans did, did his thing here. There you had German South West Africa, now Namibia, there you had German East Africa, now Tanzania. Let us not talk of the Cameroon for now or that other huge country, Congo, where one neighbour of his proclaimed himself the king, ruler and absolute authority from his little European hole to the cost of 10 million African souls. Glad we are getting some perspective her, history does help. Now I was with a German last night, two, and chatting about many things, one of them being their experience in Africa and another being their experience in Europe. Both prefer the African life and have very little to say about their ‘fatherland’ and what it means to them. Rather they love Africa and love Africans which is nice to hear. They even speak a native tongue, wow. I’m with good people. But we were talking history and of course the history of Europe and people like Hitler who another brother tells me was insulted by a Jew as a boy and had that information recorded into his mental filing cabinet that later cost the world over 40 million lives, 6 million of them being Jews. Interesting stuff. That one man was able to tell one very big lie that was believed by a whole nation and a nationalism that resulted in what: a world war? And another war that started elsewhere? How this one man, who said that the German nation was a nation of sleepwalkers, walked them all like lemmings, zombies, to their deaths? And how easy it would be for a man like that now to do the same thing again with just about any nationalized nation? And these intelligent people, highly intelligent, highly sophisticated, cultured, doctored, lawyered, industrialized, organized, mechanized, all sorts of I’s, intellectualized and philosophized people, religious to a fault, will rise again and do exactly the same thing again? And now they are doing the opposite, saving Europe from financial ruin with their worth ethic that up to now has not let them die off? And buys them once again that power to command the whole world while China and India looks on and says which one of them will emerge out of the ashes? Well, that has very little to do with Africa does it? Or does it? We all know how those same countries, those same nationalists are looking at the Dark Continent and saying yummy. And I’m thinking now about our own nationalists, our own little race of Afrikaners still alive and kicking here on the southern tip, as feisty as ever to get on with the job of ruling and commanding and dominating, seeing as they’ve been doing it for so long. And yes you know a lot of German goes into these types, not just that stubborn and hard-nosed Dutchman. Even a little cold steel English and a hot blooded Frenchy or two. And I’m thinking yes, what this little nationalist got right all those years ago with just a law that made it possible for him to subjugate a race of human beings in their own country and make them sub-human to the world. Oh yes I wonder if it would have not been better for this race to have been wiped out like they were in America and Australia than to have to live with that subjugation like they did for so long and even now, where you find these little Hitler types still strutting around with their soldiers and banners and bullet bands and loudspeakers. Man there is war coming, no doubt, and I don’t know a German that is going to save us. African man, can you help?
