You have the right to vote even if you are under guardianship or have a cognitive impairment You have the right to vote if you are under guardianship, conservatorship or if someone else has power of attorney, as long as a judge did not restrict your right to vote. You do not lose your right to vote if you have a brain injury, a developmental disability, cognitive impairment, or experience severe memory loss. Voting hours on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, are from 7 am to 8 pm. Senate District 57 Home Visit Oct. 22 Erich, Gail and Doug Hoffmann want you to come over! League of Women Voters offer voter forums All kinds of opportunities remain to meet candidates before Election Day! Get informed! Absentee voting options All polling locations offer voting during business hours. County and city offices will also be open Saturday, Nov. 1, 10 am to 3 pm and until 5 pm, Monday, Nov. 3. City of Minneapolis Elections will be open Sundays, Oct. 26 and Nov. 2, noon to 5 pm and from 7 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday the two weeks before the election. Ramsey County Elections will be open Saturday, Oct. 25, 8 am to 1 pm; Saturday, Nov. 1, 8 am to 3 pm; Sunday, Nov. 2 from 10 am to 2 pm; and Monday, Oct. 27 through Thursday, Oct. 30, 8 am to 7 pm.
