GET RIPPED ABS Challenge DAY 13!! Go HARD today because tomorrow is a DAY.OF.REST....here you go: 15 reps of Criss Cross each legs (lay on back with legs straight in the air and criss cross your feet), 15 reps of Side plank up and down (lay on side, bring your body up onto your elbow and lift your hips up and down 15 times then switch to other side...modified is keeping your bottom leg with your knee bent as you lift up and down), 15 reps of straight leg alternating in a Full extension plank (in a full plank position as if youre about to do a push-up and lift your foot an inch off the floor and switch to other foot...REPEAT) and Boat Pose hold for 30 seconds (YES! 30 seconds)...sit tall on floor with knees bent and lean back with your arms up by your sides as you lift your feet up and HOLD....BREATHE! Repeat all four exercises 3 more times! BOOM! You did it! HAPPY SENSATIONAL SATURDAY!!!
