GET YOUR REAL FACTS HERE. City attorneys filed a motion to throw out only parts of my three count complaint. They tried to claim I could not sue for violation of Civil rights as I was acting under my official duties as Code Enforcement Board Member. My amended complaint clarified that I was absolutely not acting under my official duties. In the case of Frazier, my duties were only to hear the Citys side at the hearing, Fraziers side at the hearing, and render a vote either upholding or dismissing the Citys violation. A seven member panel voted him not in violation on more than one occasion. My official duties were OVER after each and every hearing until he was violated again. Any investigations I took part in after the final hearing (where they then tried to criminally convict him for something they couldnt even get a civil violation for) were done on my OWN time and as a CONCERNED CITIZEN of the City of Perry. I would have done that for ANYBODY after witnessing the shenanigans that I did. My video recorded deposition has already been scheduled at the City attorneys request. I have answered Interrogatories that THEY have requested which are a hoot. They dont even realize the can of worms they have opened with one of those questions bringing way more than just Fraziers case and the situation with my horses into play. I WILL prove direct lies told by Bob Brown during MANY cases. I have signed documents to release all of my tax returns since 2010, my school records, and all of my medical records for the past 10 years at the request of the Citys attorneys. I have NOTHING to hide. And let me clarify ONE MORE THING ONE MORE TIME. The paper keeps insisting on writing that I am seeking damages of $75,000 dollars. I do not know where they are getting this information - they provided a link to the copy of the complaint from their published newspaper and online at their website. It NEVER mentions a dollar amount. Im after so much more than $75,000. I want heads to roll... right out the door of City Hall... saving the taxpayers way more than $75,000... AND RESTORING INTEGRITY BACK INTO CITY HALL. And as far as this article - I have a two word response - #Aint #Happening
