GHANGAPATNA Land Scam-CM ordered-FIR should be lodged immediately against the persons who constructed the road on the Chhota Jungle and Parbat Kissam land for criminal trespass in addition to initiating action by the Forest & Env. Deptt. for violation of Section- 2 of Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980. Section-447(Punishment for criminal trespass) of the Indian Penal Code says—Whoever commits criminal trespass shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, with fine or which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both. Section-3A(Penalty for contravention of the provisions of the Act) of the Forest Conservation Act,1980 says—Whoever contravenes or abets the contravention of any of the provisions of Section 2, shall be punishable with simple imprisonment for a period which may extend to fifteen days. is a totally scripted and pre-planned drama by state government bureaucracy !!!
