GIOVANI NEL MONDO Giovani nel Mondo is a no-profit association born to give new arenas to youth and their own ideas. Giovani nel Mondo Association does not pursue lucrative goals, it is independent, apolitical and nondenominational. The association pursues social and cultural goals both at national and international levels; it addresses mainly youth from 18 to 30 years old with the aim of sustaining them in their own path of formation and growth at professional and socio-cultural levels. Particularly Giovani nel Mondo promotes: researches on education and training both at national and international levels; events, study abroad, intercultural exchange programs; conferences and workshops aimed to improve participation and involvement of young people in the activities of International organizations. Giovani nel Mondo organizes its activities thanks to a research and a scientific committees composed by international researchers, and most of all thanks to the support of an international scientific committee composed by prestigious academics. MAIN ACTIVITIES Simulation of International organisms for college-level students Organized by Giovani nel Mondo: Rome Model United Nations Rome Model United Nations has become one of the biggest UN simulations in the world and is designed to teach students how the United Nations work. Participants represent the UN member countries in a simulation game by playing the diplomatic debates in a UN committees. The purpose of this experience-based program is to find common and effective solutions on the issues in the agenda by signing and approving a number of resolutions. The Rome del United Nations has seen a huge participation of young students from all over the world during its past edition Moreover for the 2015 edition are expected 2,000 participants who can also take part as journalists of the most relevant worldwide networks or as translators.
