GLOBAL SURF NETWORK says adios to 2014 Not that I want to say goodbye to 2014 because it was a truly blessed year indeed that was celebrated with Family, Friends,old ones and new ones, and realizing a few of my personal life goals and dreams come true. Im very thankful that Hatteras Island & Ocracoke Island are finaly getting good news in regards to Free & Open Beach Access. Im delighted that the hard and sometimes seemingly thankless work that many have made towards restoration of the beaches, Highway 12 hot spots, and last but not least The Bridge Issue are finally gaining attention and support from the powers to be. 2015 should be a Banner Year for Hatteras & Ocracoke Island because it is about time everyone realizes they are the Jewels of the Outer Banks. Watching my family and friends come together in support of each other in very positive ways just lights me up. Quietly in my home tonight with family and close friends at Mid-Night we will give thanks and smiles for such a good 2014 and we will pray together that 2015 will be a very blessed year for everyone.
