(2) There must be ten (10) dancers or five (5) pairs per DISTRICT and must officially enrolled in Grades IV, V & VI. (Note: They must register in the event area). (3) The contestants are given five (5) minutes for their performance. (Exceeding to five-minute prior to the approved time will be given two (2) points deduction. (4) Background props are not allowed. (5) Submit the certified true copy of FORM 137-E (Permanent Record) of every dancer-participant, duly signed by the District Supervisor for screening purposes. (6) The CD to be used in this competition will be provided by the Competition Organizing Committee.
