People these days try climbing up the career ladder by speaking evil and ill of the colleagues. To be a an impacting leader, one should never backbite or despise one another. 1) We should have the art of respecting the stakeholders involved in a conversation. They may have mistakes but good communication with respect always brings favor. 2) Words of gratitude, appreciation and apology should be used to build relationships. 3) Never talk bad about someone else to push yourself up. When we are diligent in our work and honor God in all, He will step in and fight our battles. 4) If there are people who irritate or always pick up a quarrel with you, talk to them frankly and try to resolve issues. Bitterness stacked up for a long time can be detrimental in every way. 5) Pray for wisdom in words - words open doors! Seek to be a peace maker and be a blessing in many lives.
