Candidate Should: · Be exposed to all aspects of Engineering & Maintenance functions i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, & Utilities. · Be technically sound and very good people management skills. · Have sound technical knowledge of all mechanical equipments and large electrical devices. · Be familiar with PLC software. · Have ability to propose & coordinate plant improvement & modification work for reliability. GENERAL MANAGER SALES & MARKETING This position requires a professional who will be responsible to lead Marketing & Sales team in an effective and efficient manner. Analyze sales trend & formulate marketing & sales strategies to boost up sales. Develop management talents necessary to obtain short & long range goals by effective direction & critical decision making. Candidate Should: · Have knowledge of Global Steel industry; market vendors (local as well as international); import tariff; Product knowledge; knowledge of customer industry, supplies & sub-supplies industry. · Be able to build effective sales team, develop the distribution and sales channel to spread the geographical reach and achieve sales targets · Have excellent communication & negotiation skills. Qualification & Experience: MBA (Marketing) from a well reputed institution. 20-25 years experience of heavy manufacturing industry. Manager Sales & Marketing: (02 positions: north & south region each) This position requires a professional who will be responsible to develop and implement sales strategy for respective regions. Manager channel development / expansion & implement agreed discount policies. Accountable for achieving sales target in a given territory. Candidates Should: · Have strong customer relationship and services people management and negotiation skills. · Have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and negotiation skills. · Have sound knowledge of trading sales administration and steel industry. · Have ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
