GM FB! I thought this would be some pretty helpful info. I want to share some symptoms of OVERTRAINING!!! Check it out! -elevated resting heart rate -loss of appetite and weight loss -chronic fatigue, workouts described as draining -an increase in colds or infections -a decrease in performance, or an inability to reach training goals -lack of enthusiasm, psychological staleness. The body need time to rest. If any of these apply to you, make adjustments such as training volume, intensity, duration, frequency,and/or exercise selection.
