GM Fam! Just sharing a before and after picture of my fitness journey. I believe at the time of the before I weighed in around 190lbs and the after pic, which was 2 years ago, I weighed around 160lbs. I dont believe in weighing in all the time. My start weight was 215lbs. Today I weigh 170 lbs but most is muscle mass and ladies we need muscle mass! It has been a 7 year journey so far and Im constantly tweaking my diet & exercise regimens. Women have the added bonus of going through menopause. Yay Us! I can help you with that as well, because I have been in that phase of life since age 38 and I am turning 43 years old next month. It has been difficult at times but I will never give up on myself. No quick fixes last in anything you do in life, so why do it to your temple. Discipline in your diet and exercise is all you need. Visit your doctor regularly, just to see where you stand health wise. Take vitamins and natural supplements because as we grow wiser our bodies start to deplete and we need to replace the nutrients to have a better quality of health. If you dont take care of your body, it will start to break down sooner than later. Your skin will look bad, hair loss, your body will bring on ailments and the dreaded weight gain. No shade to certain diet industries but all you need is inside of you! Life circumstances and stress will cause health problems too! Free your mind and the rest will follow. Isnt that what EnVogue said! Lol its true! Invest in yourselves mind, body and soul and you will reap the benefits. #teamnoexcuses #sundaysharing
