GM I am sitting here just thinking about my mother & all the things she did for us & the family growing up. We was poor & didnt know it. She kept a roof over our heads, food on the table. Yes she went to the second hand store But we wasnt naked. She kept our family together. No matter what we did or how difficult we were to handle she dealt with it. Why is it now that ppl look for excuse or reason to not be the mother, father, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, cousin or just bff that we should be. It breaks my heart when I see this not happening. As I sit here with tears running down my face. Im asking God to help me understand. I do know that everyone is not meant to be a mother or a father. But that is what family is all about. I AM SO GLAD I HAD THE MOTHER I HAD. She was not prefect one thing for sure she raise us in church loving the Lord & ourselves. I thank God that I am a little like her. My kids always tell me mom u cant fix everything. No I cant but know it wont be because I didnt try to help. Mom thank u for all u did and for teaching me to love my self and to be a blessing to others especially family. I just venting
