GMA NEWS: DECEMBER 16, 2014 Saudi woman offers SR50,000 reward for runaway Pinay helper A Saudi woman has offered SR50,000 (P595,534.72) as a reward for the arrest of a Filipina accused of trying to poison a family in Riyadh, a United Arab Emirates news site reported late Monday. The Filipina was accused of fleeing with her lover after trying to poison the family, according to a report on Gulf News. Citing information from local news site Ajil, the Gulf News report said Saudi national Noha Al Jamahdi even posted copies of the worker’s passport and work permit on Facebook. “The report is true and there should be no doubt about it. I assume full responsibility for everything in it. The case has been reported to the airports. It is clear that someone has taken her from the house and that she did not abscond on her own initiative,” the employer said. She claimed the helper tried to poison her neighbor’s family in Riyadh.
