GMDiet Day6: Started the day with glass of water and exercised lightly: 600 times of skipping and breakfast a cup of brown rice with tomato,carrot, peas and beans. Morning snack half carrot and water. Lunch sprouts and one cup of brown rice with tomato carrot peas and beans and greens leaves. Evening snack sprouts half a cup. Exercised again in evening 600 times of skipping and 45mins of swimming. Dinner salad cucumber, carrot and raddish. Tomorrow is the last day, mostly it will be easier.
