GO. ASK YOUR MOTHER TO FORGIVE YOU. We love our mothers and owe them our lives. Yet in the course of growing up, situations may take place that cause you and your mother to be at odds. Sometimes words are said that hurt and may cause bitterness. The worst thing to do is to allow unforgiveness to make its home in your heart. If you find yourself in the situation where you and your mom have unresolved conflicts, go and correct it today (if possible). Here are 4 keys to show her your LOVE: 1. Let Love Be Your Motive. Go, because you really love your mother. No matter how much you may have upset one another, love can overcome the problems. 2. Open Your Heart. The heart is the seat of your affections, so be courageous enough to express tender feelings to your mom. She may not be perfect, but you owe your life to her. 3. Voice Your Love. Open your mouth and tell your mother out loud that you love her. Be brave enough to ask for forgiveness. 4. End The Strife. Let this be the end of any conflict that may have taken place. Real love always forgives and learns to forget. Let today be the day, when harmony redefines your relationship with your mother. A personal relationship with Jesus allows for His love and forgiveness to flow through you. If you feel like you can’t forgive, turn to Christ. He forgives us and gives His children the capacity to love unconditionally. Your mother will soon see the difference He makes in your new life.
