GO DAWGS!!!!!! Twas the night before auburn, all through the south, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse, The cowbells were put away gently with care, In hopes that Will Ferrell would soon be there, The bulldogs were nestled snug all in their beds, While visions of championships danced in their heads; And mamma in her maroon, and I in my white, Had just settled down before college game day arrived, When all of a sudden on the field there was such a clatter, I sprang from my couch to see what was the matter. Away to Starkville I flew like a flash, Tore open 45 with a dancing bully on the dash. The stands were filled with bulldogs all a glo, Giving yells and rings of cowbells to Dak below, When what to my wondering my eyes did appear, But some miniature tigers and weird cowbells appeared. Back to my dawgs so lively so quick, I knew that it must be Dan and his bulldog clique. More rapid than tigers his courses they came, And he yelled, and shouted, and called them by name: Now Dak, now dillon, now lewis, now preston! On kaleb, on love, on blaine and justin. To the top of the game! On top of the ball! Now smash away! Bash away! Beat em all! Round and round the two teams go, Ending in four quarters praying for the most. Taking the snaps until they hear the ref whistle, But the tigers dreams of winning, they start to fizzle. After the dawgs won, the bulldogs celebrated into the night!!! Wishful thinking tigers but hail to maroon and white!!!! Hailstate
