GOAT GUMBO Made a Goat Gumbo for Christmas....the base is Chocolate sauce & Red wine with a flour Roux and then tons of Goat meat, cherries & onions & peppers and tomatoes. Was amazing. Ive gained 12 pounds since Hanakkuh started (8 days of feasting)...then Christmas...and now Kwanzaa (7 days of feasts) is going to finish me off. I think I still look good, it mostly went to all the right places. But now you see why I HATE December & the Christmas season. Hate it. Thanksgiving is the really the only Holiday I love.
