GOD IN THE MIDST OF CRISES AND STORMS When crises arise round about you, Where do you turn to? Did I hear you reply “where else”? There is no safety anywhere, No security anywhere, No other shield from the storms of life But,……There is in Zion, Yes! In the shadow of the Wings of the most High Christ is the one who Can still storms and crises. Remember what he said? “Be still and know that I am the Lord” And again; “God is in the midst of us, let us not be moved” Nahum testifies; “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble” (Nahum 1:7) He is the God of the good times as well as God of the ‘bad’ times. He is there upon the ‘mountain’ and right there down the ‘valley’ of life. He formed the light as well as the darkness. Oh!, when things go ‘wrong’, be sure He is still there and He is still God. “… the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind, and in the storm,…” (Nahum 1:3)... Just call upon Him....I mean NOW!
