GOD IS SO GOOD! I honestly believe he Leon git it! When you go to a disability hearing you have your lawyer, a Vocational Lawyer (for the State, who puts his 2 sense in on what jobs he feels you can and can not do) and a judge. Leons lawyer told us this could be an all day event because the vocational lawyer and judge would try to figure out what Leon could do. We get in there and Leons lawyer asked Leon about his pain, employment and daily activities. The judge also asked Leon to clarify his back issues and daily activities. The vocational lawyer only asked Leon to clarify some of his previous jobs in the past. Once that was done the judge said I have heard enough and have came to my decision. You will receive my written statement in the mail. Leons Lawyer was surprised because this was the shortest hearing he has been in and the vocational lawyer didnt even speak as to what he thought Leon could actually do as in a line of work! I truly believe God has blessed us and Leon has won his case! We will know in a few weeks. I pray he gets his disability so he can get his surgery and try to get some relief! Thank you to everyone who has prayed, helped out, and even just listened to us when we needed you! Love you all and I am feeling very relieved!
