✨GOD LEADS HIS PEOPLE THROUGH PEACE: People who do things they dont have peace about have miserable lives and dont succeed at anything. Follow peace! God leads His people through peace: And Gods peace (shall be yours, that tranquil state of a soul assured of its salvation through Christ, and so fearing nothing from God and being content with its earthly lot of whatever sort that is, that peace) which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If we are doing something like watching television, and all of a sudden we lose our peace about what we are doing, we have heard from God. A lack of peace is God saying to us, Turn it off. Go the other way, Flee from what we are doing. Gods Word says, Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you guard, for out of it flow the springs of life (Proverbs 4:2). If we dont have peace, we are not obeying God because we are to let the peace of God rule as an umpire in our heart: And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts (deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in our minds, in that peaceful state) to which as (members of Christs) one body you were also called (to live). And be thankful (appreciative), (giving praise to God always) (Colossians 3:15). If we lose our peace when we say something, God is speaking to us. It will save us a lot of trouble if we apologize right then. We can say, I am sorry that I said that. I was wrong to say it; please forgive me. Anytime we lose our peace, we are hearing from God. There is nothing more powerful than the compass of peace in our heart. God will lead us gracefully by peace. Follow after it: Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness without which no one will (ever) see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14) ✨
