GODDESS UPDATE I cannot believe it has been a year already, this amazing & incredible Goddess has lost 118 pounds and almost as many inches, 101 inches to be exact in the last 365 days! It has been an unbelievable year for Cha Cha and not only with her visual transformation, allow me to share with you some of the many changes that have transpired or evolved over the year: 1. Belly no longer rubs on the steering wheel 2. Had to move the seat forward in the vehicle because her butt shelf no longer pushes her forward 3. Actually enjoys physical activity & does something active everyday. 4. No longer hires anyone to clean her home or mow the lawn because she is able to do these herself now. 5. No more seatbelt extender on airplane trips 6. Stairs are not only pain free, she can run them! 7. Started a daily exercise regime with co-workers in the office 8. Can cross her legs when she sits 9. Wears dresses for the first time in over 25 years! 10. She can also tie her shoes now 11. Heat doesnt stop her from doing things she loves like traveling and enjoying outdoor summer activities 12. No longer has to shop in plus size store, having so many choices with clothes is AMAZING! 13. Cha Cha is no longer afraid to sit in a lawn chair for fear of it breaking...and she fits 14. Went on the water-slides at Sylvan Lake for the first time in 25 years 15. She has found joy in taking time for herself and doing things just for her 16. Has learned to meditate and practices regularly 17. Started drawing again 18. Cha Cha recognized that as her size grew, so did the size of her vehicle and she has started to feel like her truck is too big for her! 19. Not afraid to be seen in a bathing suit 20. No longer afraid of being touched which is mega-awesome because she has her first boyfriend in more than a decade and she is LOVING IT! Cha Cha has inspired many people to new levels of consciousness and awareness with respect to healthy eating and exercise as well as weight-loss. I am so proud of all powerful and positive Cha Cha has made in her life, words cannot even begin to express how proud of her I am. I thank my lucky stars she chose me to join her on this journey and we are not done yet. Our goal is lose another 30 or so pounds, maintain that for a few months and then consider any necessary skin removal surgery. We intend to spend another year working together accomplishing all of her health & wellness goals so stay tuned for more updates along the way.
